Thanksgiving is coming up this week, and it’s that time of year that you celebrate the things you are thankful for. Some of these things include family, friends, food and football. If you love watching football on Thanksgiving with your DirecTV in Arkansas, you’ll be thankful for this year’s lineup.
DirecTV in Arkansas Lists the Thanksgiving Football Lineup
Minnesota Vikings at Detroit Lions: 12:30 p.m. ET, CBS
For those who get started early with the festivities, the 12:30 game will have you settled in for the good part of the afternoon. Reporters are saying that this game could be one of the most important games of the season for the Vikings. If they lose, they may very well need to win four out of the five remaining games to make it to the playoffs. A win, however, would put them firmly in the game to make it to the playoffs.
Washington Redskins at Dallas Cowboys: 4:30 p.m. ET, FOX
Perhaps the most anticipated game is the Redskins and Cowboys game taking place at 4:30. A Dallas victory will pretty much end things for Washington. However, since the last time these two faced off, the Redskins have been on top of their game, making the outcome here somewhat unpredictable.
Pittsburgh Steelers at Indianapolis Colts: 8:30 p.m. ET, NBC
Colts fans will rejoice as, for the first time in history, the Colts will host the Thanksgiving game. At halftime, the Hall of Fame Ring Ceremony will be conducted for Tony Dungy and Marvin Harrison. The teams are evenly matched, and this will be a fun game to watch. Sports lovers will revel in the history and ceremony.
This Thanksgiving, settle into your favorite spot around the family television. Grab some pumpkin pie and your favorite refreshment, and get ready for the football lineup. This promises to be a great year for sports entertainment, and you won’t want to miss seeing these teams face off on DirecTV in Arkansas during the holiday.
