Your HughesNet Voice installation includes an ATA (analog telephone adapter) installed by a HughesNet certified professional. If it ever gets accidentally disconnected remember, don’t ever connect it to a telephone wall jack in your home. It will not work and could damage the device!

If you are planning an extended vacation or have a seasonal residence, HughesNet allows for seasonal disconnection of the VoIP service. No need for service when you aren’t there!

TRS (Telecommunications Relay Service) for the hearing impaired, is also provided by HughesNet Voice satellite phone service using IP-enabled TTY equipment.

911 service is available as soon as your number is activated. E-911 information is available by the next day unless updated information is already associated with your ported number.
