HughesNet Wi-Fi Modem (HT2000W)Brad's Electronics
Enjoy the latest technology with HughesNet modem HT2000W
The wait is over! Hughesnet Gen 5 Plans come with a new built-in WI-FI modem, so you don’t have to get another router to be able to connect your wireless devices. It uses the latest Wi-Fi Technology providing the best performance in connectivity.
It has a modern design, compact footprint, and integrated antennas.
It has 4 fast Ethernet Ports, dual-band 802.11 ac (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz), and 3x faster speeds than 802.11 n.
The 2.4 GHz can be used for all your wireless devices. It can transmit data over longer distances and through walls and other solid objects. The 5 GHz band is ideal for newer devices such as your laptop, phone, or tablet because it can transmit higher amounts of data. However, it is less able to penetrate solid walls and objects, so if you are far away from your HT2000W device, your signal strength may be lower.
It’s pretty easy to use, to connect wireless devices just press the (WPS) button. You can secure your Wi-Fi network with a password with WPA, WPA2, WPA2-PSK technology and you can also have a separated guest connection for your visitors.
You don’t have to worry about its installation, a certified technician will set it up for you and he will also help you to connect up to 2 wireless devices.
