The Great Food Truck Race is all new, Thursdays at 9/8c on Food Network Ch. 231.

The Great Food Truck Race reality show has been providing an amazing tv experience for its fans with a total of 9 seasons and 57 episodes. It’s become the most popular cooking series since 2010.  It’s just about competing in a race where the contestants must cook and sell through different challenges like changing the entire menu to a different style, the prize $50,000. Every week a food truck is eliminated based on their weekly profit, the ones with the least profit have to go home. 

The prize also has changed every season, in the second season, the prize was a $10,000. In seasons three, four, and five, they got the money prize plus the truck that was also provided by the show.  The latest seasons have a $50,000 prize only. 

The latest Season, # 9 started on July 26th, 2018 and its finale on August 30th, 2018.  This battle gathered seven different food truck teams competing to win the grand prize, $50,000. They had to visit different cities every week to sell their unique dishes, as we stated the ones with the least profit have to abandon the race. This show is aired on Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET/PT, the winner will be named this coming Thursday, August 30th at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT on Food Network.
